We can provide an accurate quote to the nearest £100.00.

A provisional quote with a complete price break down and 3 potential stove options will be provided by us. We can go through the quote with you over the phone and answer any questions.

We arrange the Chimney Sweep and CCTV Flue inspection to make sure all is Okay to progress with your new stove.
The Head of the fitting team and myself as Director, will perform this so we all meet and have an understanding of the project and work involved.

We take final measurements and chat through which stove and finished look you would like.
Afterwhich, we fine-tune the quote with any changes.

Order in the flue liner and all the components for your new stove fitting, if we don’t have them in stock.
Confirm the fitting date with you.

We fit your new stove, professionally with minimum disruption.
Installation is usually completed in 1 or 2 days.

Paperwork is submitted to Hetas and Building Regulations.

Brilliant service from Matt and the team at Casa. I had CCTV chimney inspection followed by fireplace knock-out and fitting of a granite hearth, a lovely minimal-style Pevex stove and a custom-cut marble surround. The end result is beautiful, with the proportions of the different elements beautifully balanced. Matt was able to schedule the various stages of the project as work progressed on our ground-floor renovation, with Chris and Mem on the fit team doing a great job of installing the hearth to very specific levels.
